Q. Can I combine two different programs to achieve even better results?
A. Yes, but you have to make sure the programs don't conflict with each other. Your best bet would be to combine a diet program with a solid fitness routine. I've heard of people getting amazing results by combining their Turbulence Training workout program with a Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet plan. However, we recommend getting the hang of one program first before trying anything advanced :)
Q. Are these programs safe?
A. All of the plans listed on this site promote healthy weight loss through proper diet and exercise. None of them rely on pills or unnatural supplements to achieve results. That said, everyone is different, and you should always consult a physician before starting any new diet or fitness regime.

Q. What do I do once I've hit my target weight?
A. Whatever you do, don't revert back to your old eating habits. This may sound obvious, but far too often people finish their diet and immediately gain their weight back. The program will get you there, but it's up to you to stick with it for the long term. That means making permanent adjustments to your lifestyle to stay healthy and fit. But don't worry. It's totally worth it.
